FABRIC: 50% Merino, 40% Possum, 10% Nylon
The gorgeous Alto Cardigan from Lothlorian is crafted in a luxurious 40% Possum, 50% Merino blend. Made in New Zealand, this yarn brings the benefits of possum fibres to the well known properties of merino. Merino is a fine wool that moves moisture away from the body and is naturally odour resistant, while possum adds warmth without adding bulk. The unique soft pointed ends and hollow core of the possum fur provide an extremely light, soft and luxurious fibre while stabilising the merino wool against washing shrinkage. The Alto Cardigan is a boxy shape, framed with a dropped shoulder, v-neck and soft curved rib hem. Fasten with 4 metal “oil spill” effect buttons or leave open for more relaxed feel.
