The Bishop Sleeve Shirring Dress from Tirelli is simple elegance. Made from Tirelli's luxurious 100% premium French linen, it's simple round neck with relaxed empire line design is elevated by soft pleating at the front and shirring on the back and dropped shoulders. The bishop sleeves are almost elbow length, with the skirt designed as a midi length on most.
